This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (dated July 2, 2019, No. ЗРУ-547) and defines the procedure for the collection, processing and protection of personal data by «VELTRIX GROUP» LLC (hereinafter — the "Operator").
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Policy governs the procedure for the collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data of users (hereinafter — the "User" or the "Subject") of the site https://neoflam.uz (hereinafter — the "Site").
1.2. Use of the Site, placement of an order or registration signifies full and unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy.
1.3. In the event of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, the User is obliged to cease use of the Site.

3. COMPOSITION OF THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
3.1. The Operator collects and processes the following personal data:
When placing an order:
- full name;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- delivery address;
- payment data (through the payment system; the Operator does not store bank card data).
In the course of using the Site:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device type;
- time and date of visit;
- cookie file data;
- data on navigation through the Site.
3.2. The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data (racial, ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, state of health, etc.).
4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- placement and fulfillment of orders;
- delivery of goods;
- communication with the User (order status, news, promotions);
- carrying out payment;
- improving the quality of service;
- analysis and improvement of the operation of the Site;

5. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

6.1. The Operator may provide personal data to third parties in the following cases:
- delivery services — for the fulfillment of the order (name, address, telephone);
- payment systems (Payme, Click) — for carrying out payment;
- as required by legislation — upon requests from state authorities.
6.2. When providing personal data to third parties, the Operator takes appropriate measures to ensure their confidentiality.
6.3. The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. In cases where personal data may be transferred outside the Republic of Uzbekistan (for example, international payment systems, analytics services), the Operator ensures an appropriate level of protection of personal data.
7.2. Cross-border transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 15 of Law No. ЗРУ-547.
8. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. The database of users' personal data is stored and processed on servers located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.2. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of its collection.
8.3. Order data — until the expiration of the warranty period, but not less than 3 (three) years.
8.4. Data for marketing purposes — until the moment the User withdraws consent.
8.5. The Operator ensures the protection of personal data through the following measures:
- technical measures: SSL encryption, server protection, access control;
- organizational measures: employee confidentiality obligations, restriction of access rights;
- legal measures: confidentiality agreements with third parties.
9. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT
9.1. The User (Subject) has the right to:
- receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- demand the modification, supplementation or updating of their personal data;
- demand the deletion of personal data;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- apply to a court or authorized body in the event of unlawful processing of personal data.
9.2. Requests are submitted in writing to info@neoflam.uz and are considered within 10 (ten) business days.
10. AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY
10.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy at any time.
10.2. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site. Amendments take effect from the moment of publication.
10.3. Continued use of the Site after amendments have been made signifies the User's consent to the updated Policy.
